The challenge
Promo-cloud sends music promos to DJs and industry contacts. Promo Fusion gives those receivers an iPhone app to listen to and manage the promos they get.
Audio is unforgiving: playback has to be smooth and reliable, and the requirements around it were complex.
The approach
We designed a simple, focused interface and wrote the playback and audio handling on Apple’s AVFoundation framework.
