The challenge
First Star Energy is an American company whose technicians visit customers to install, repair and maintain air-conditioning and heating systems. Large cooling-solutions brands partner with First Star Energy to deliver this work, and every job needs a detailed report before it is approved and the payment and resources are reimbursed.
Reports were prepared by hand. The team wanted a faster, more accurate and fully verifiable process that matched each partner’s required format and got approvals moving quickly.
The approach
We turned the technician’s visit into a clear step-by-step flow and built a Flutter app around it. Technicians capture photos and customer details on site, and the app generates a report in exactly the format each partner needs. The client simply reviews each report and submits it in one click. Alongside the app, we created the brand from scratch: the logo, the identity and a brand-new website.
