Dentoformance’s founder, a German movement specialist, had a method that works: targeted exercise programmes that help dentists correct the effects of long hours spent in one working posture. Until now, that expertise was delivered one person at a time, in one-to-one consultations.

We turned it into a product. The Dentoformance app for iOS and Android scans the user’s body with the phone camera, measures how their posture has changed, and recommends a personalised exercise programme built on the founder’s method. Now dentists anywhere can get specialist guidance with just their phone.

Dentists spend much of their day leaning over patients, holding the same position until each treatment is complete. Over months and years, that posture gradually changes the body: its alignment, its height and even the position of internal organs.

The founder is a movement specialist who designs the right exercises for this exact challenge, and his work is dedicated entirely to dentists. His clients come to him for consultations, and he had already recorded a growing library of exercise videos to support them.

The founder came to us with a clear ambition: bring the method to dentists everywhere, not just the ones he could see in person. The natural first idea was to package the videos and offer them online.

Our answer was to let the phone do the assessment. Working closely with the founder, we defined the body measurements that matter and turned his expertise into an algorithm. The app uses ARKit on iOS and ARCore on Android to scan the body, capture its dimensions and match each user to the right exercise programme.
