Visio Care: Hospital Network Website & Doctor Locator

The challenge

One of India’s large hospital chains, with branches across the country, wanted a complete rebrand and a clearer way to communicate with patients. With so many locations, finding the right hospital in your city, and the right doctor within it, needed to be effortless.

Hospital details, doctor schedules and availability came from several third-party systems, each with its own access rules. The new website had to bring all of it together accurately and in real time. Visio Care is the project name we use to respect our client’s confidentiality.

The approach

Alongside the rebrand, we created a completely new design language and rewrote how the website speaks to patients. We then built a dynamic architecture that integrates multiple third- and fourth-party APIs, so hospital locations, doctor profiles, schedules and availability always stay up to date and are easy to find from one locator.
